No. We only work with titles already in wide distribution, and we don’t touch your existing deals. Tempt is purely additive: one more place your book earns, with its own audience that isn’t already shopping on the platforms you sell on today.
For most authors, getting paid upfront (guaranteed, before launch) beats waiting on royalties that trickle in over months. And since you keep every other channel you’re on, it’s added income, not a trade-off.
Because it’s written into the agreement you sign: an explicit, enforceable ban, not a line in a FAQ we could quietly change later. If we ever broke it, you’d have it in writing.
